Required Documents:
· Police Clearance Certificate

Embassy of Slovenia in New Delhi) |

Education in Keshar Pustakalaya and Ministry of Foreign Affairs) |

After preparing all required documents, the applicant must send
originals by post to his/her employer in Slovenia. Work permits (Single Work
and Residence Permits) are applied for at the Administrative Unit at the
registered address of the employer.
Processing of Application of Residence Permit:
Application is then
processed by the Administrative Unit with the mentioned documents and other
documents prepared by the employer, such as the Work Contract, Insurance, and
Proof of Accommodation.

The
administrative unit normally sends a letter to the Embassy after 30 to 120 days
asking for fingerprints. Employer or Applicant can request for Appointment at the nearest embassy
(Appointments are only available through Mail)
Note: Please
note that applicants may need to undergo a short interview with consular staff
at the embassy. Failure to answer essential questions may lead to visa
rejection.

After fingerprints have been submitted at the embassy, the
Administrative Unit begins the process of obtaining consent from the ESS
(Employment Service of Slovenia) and issuing a residence permit decision.
· Normally it takes (30-120 days), An e-mail is sent to the candidate by the Embassy with an appointment date and time to pick up the Temporary Residence Card.

At the Embassy appointment, candidates must bring their passport
and confirmation letter of fingerprint submission.
There is no visa sticker stamped on your passport, You will travel to Slovenia with your Passport and Residence Permit.
